maxEEma concluded another year of undivided commitment to improve the Quality of Life of members of the Community, especially the underprivileged.


Theme for coming year is "Empowerment through Education". To implement various programs under the said Theme, a Volunteer Champions selected through out all locations.


Various categories through which the programs will be implemented are as follows:




a) Programs like teaching Mathematics, English speaking, Basic Computer literacy,      distribution of Notebooks and compass box to needy children


b) Organize various competitions like drawing, poster making


c) Programs to make parents realize the importance of educating Girl child


d) Adopting Girl child for entire year's education


e) Personality development programs for students of primary schools


f) Entertaining programs like sports activities, movie watching for children belonging to      special class like - street children, mentally retarded children, children of quarry worker




Tree plantations at various locations

Campaign against use of Plastic/polythene bags

Disater relief work

Training to farmers related to best practices of Agriculture will be imparted in various part of country


Women Empowerment:


Training to women related to safe use of Pesticide


Self defense training for girls of tribal and rural areas





Providing hygienic Drinking water to 200 families


Conducting various health related programs for children
Conducting various programs related to AIDS awareness
Conducting programs related to Drug De-addiction
Conducting Thallesmania awareness programs
Conducting Health check-up camps
Programs related to Swine flu awareness among children and adults
Blood donation and blood check-up camps

Dental and eye check-up camps ( with specific thrust on locked jaws caused by excessive eating of pan masala and gutkha)


This will be achieved through active employee/GreenEarth Partners volunteering initiatives across the country. 1000 hours throughout India and 100 employees' participation in various activities is planned for one calendar year.
